• Set Lead Art Director for Disney Lorcana TCG Card Art and Development: Lead the creative direction for Disney Lorcana’s Trading Card Game (TCG) card art, collaborating with a vast network of artists, narrative teams, stakeholders, and project managers to ensure seamless production and artistic excellence. Lead and Manage teams of Art Directors in Set execution and delivery.

• Artist Development & Relationship Building: Foster strong, collaborative relationships with 100’s of artists, identifying individual strengths and areas for improvement, ultimately contributing to the continuous development of creative talent and high-quality output.
